OUR FOOD CONCEPT
人氣宴客菜北京片皮鴨 – 主廚堅持採用來自北京,飼養周期長達三至四十天的正宗填鴨,相比南方的鴨子,肉質更為飽滿。主廚會花上一天時間耐心地經醃、打氣、上皮、風乾等繁複工序去製作,確保客人每一口都能嚐到主廚的用心。
西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬叉燒堅持古法,採用優質西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬,肉質保留鮮嫩多汁。
新鮮是粵菜的本心,王子飯店的主廚特別選取了本地農圃雞來製作雞饌。農圃雞由本地農場飼養,無人造色素、無添加激素,脂肪較低,雞肉味道濃郁,絕對符合到對「雞要有雞味」的客人,食得開心放心。
